If you plan to make brisket, there is no competitor to this product here. Don’t try to mix it with broth or anything else because it makes the meat very salty immediately, and the only correct way is pure spring water. Another important point is: don’t taste it 😀 it’s super strong stuff that gets its right flavor and gives the right flavor when the meat cooks. Pro tip

Make the mix about a day in advance so it thickens a bit and sticks better to the meat afterward. If you want to cook in the morning, inject the night before; about six hours of resting is just right. Leaving it too long makes the meat salty.
