Barbecoa is a very well known BBQ team from Belgium and a multiple champion in their country. The team is always in contention for the title of best European BBQ team. The leader Tom Bertels also makes sauces and seasonings. What’s the secret, one of the best breads these guys make is brisket and there’s no doubt what they season it with – Holy Grail. It’s a really good balance, especially for seasoning beef.
