We don’t know why, but this blend of salty, sweet, and spicy works best of all. It’s the only sugary seasoning we would ever use on beef. We don’t know how, but it just works there, and if Slaps calls it the perfect blend, he’s not far off.
Pro tip
If you use this seasoning on a large beef or pork cut, apply it the night before so it can soak in nicely. Don’t leave it too long though, or it gets too salty — about 6-7 hours is just right.
