When we competed in BBQ contests, we made all our rubs ourselves. Our pork rub kept winning top places at both European and World Championships on both brisket and ribs. Good Shit was our “eureka” moment because when we tasted it, we realized Americans basically made the same rub we had mixed here ourselves. What makes their rub special is that everything is very finely and evenly ground, giving a consistent flavor result. When you grill or do BBQ, use Good Shit on chicken, larger pork cuts (like neck shoulder for pulled pork), or make an ultra-flavorful rib.
Pro Tip
When applying this seasoning, remember for big pieces like brisket or neck shoulder to put it on 6-7 hours before going into the BBQ oven, and on ribs about 45 minutes to an hour before.
