Southern Dutch has been Europe’s most successful BBQ team in recent years. They mainly use their own spice blends and have recently started selling them to others. “This is It” is an AP, or all-purpose, blend designed to work with everything and for everyone. To create this mix, they sourced only the best ingredients — paprika from the warm heart of Spain, sea salt from the Mediterranean, chilies from Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, and real Szechuan pepper from Asia. All this makes for a truly special blend.
