Lillie’s Q Carolina barbecue sauce BBQ sauce

Carolina bbq sauce is an award-winning classic from Western Carolina. This tomato and vinegar-based sauce combines fresh acidity with a full-bodied, delicious flavor that’s perfect with pulled pork, ribs, chicken or brisket.

BBQAces comment:

It is pleasantly acidic and sour. Overall not sweet and full-bodied tomato. Very special… sorry but really good. Goes with just about anything where you don’t want a western sweet sauce.

Pro-tip:

The chops with it are super.

Sea kaelaliha steigid selle kastmega on mega head. Maitsesta Barbecoa Holy Grail ja Sweet RUBiga. Lase vaakumis öö maitsestuda, grilli ja pane kastmega fooliumi puhkama. Ei pea pettuma.
