As everyone already knows from Dirty Bird, the Kosmo guys have a special touch when it comes to making this meat great. Here’s the next helper — a chicken marinade. Mix it with water and voila, it’s ready.

To get the chicken breasts and thighs perfectly juicy, they need to be soaked — Kosmo’s is very good for that.

Pro tip

Soak for four hours the night before, then dry and let rest in the fridge. In the morning, add seasoning and into the oven.
