Gateway Drum Smokers are designed to maximize your meat’s flavor, moisture, and tenderness. Cooking at 250°F–325°F maximizes evaporation while combining with smoke, creating an intense tenderizing effect that gives you the desired barbecue flavor that other cookers don’t provide. You’ll achieve the best results with this drum by adopting a new way of doing BBQ – KIIRELT JA KUUMALT (FAST AND HOT). To get the best results fast and hot, you need a Gateway Drum Smoker®.
