Cooklounge Beef Rub

Cooklounge is a VERY well-known name in Europe, especially in the competition circuit. They are the 2022 and 2023 European season champions. Their Beef rub is the beef rub that Geri himself actually uses when making his competition brisket.

This is a strongly salty rub that really perks up brisket. When tasted on its own, there’s also a strong spice, but during cooking, this sharpness disappears and instead gives the meat a pleasant peppery flavor.

Pro tip

Although Geri himself uses it on brisket, we also warmly recommend it for other beef cuts. You shouldn’t be afraid of grilling with it either, as the sugar content is practically nonexistent.
