Barbecoa is a very well known BBQ team from Belgium and a multiple champion in their country. The team is always in contention for the title of best European BBQ team. The leader Tom Bertels also makes sauces and seasonings. Barbecoa Sweet Asian BBQ sauce is a mixture of honey and teriyaki. The perfect combination of umami and light sweet honey.
BBQ Aces comment: Suitable for everyone. We’ve been looking for some kind of Asian-style sauce for a long time, but everything we’ve tried so far has been in the category of total crap. This sauce, however, comes proudly into the selection as it really is the right mix between teriyaki and sweet honey and spices. Well done Tom!
Pro-tip: Keep this sauce warm and the sprouts will come out much better.
