Barbecoa Smokey Beef BBQ sauce
Barbecoa is a very well known BBQ team from Belgium and a multiple champion in their country. The team is always in contention for the title of best European BBQ team. The leader Tom Bertels also makes sauces and seasonings. Smokey beef could be just what Tom is good at, having been a multiple European champion at cooking brisket. And oh how this sauce surprised. We’ve now tested it every which way on beef and it goes everywhere and well.
BBQ Aces comment: We tested with steig, his classic or SPG and Tennessee red, didn’t think it could get much better…. Turns out it can and oh how it can.
Pro tip: Feel free to use it in wraps and you won’t regret it. Put an osso-bocco-style pot in the mix too and oh what will happen.
