Inspired by Jamaican street food, this is a great blend of traditional herbs, chilli and spices. For example, it can be used to make the legendary jerk chicken.

BBQAces comment: It’s just that Jerk chicken in my head, but the herbs and stuff make me think of pork and beef and fish too.

Pro Tip: smothering it in other flavours will give a herby flavour to anything.
