This is the Blues Hog’s latest surprise. With this sauce, Blues Hog chased the flavour of the competition barbecue that everyone else has been mixing themselves. This handmade sauce tries to hit the three key points – sweet spicy, light smoke and tangy.

With this sauce, I was under the impression that there was no need to mix Originals and Tennessee radish, but that’s not the case. The Blues Hog Champions Blend sauce is a phenomenon in its own right, but it’s more on the sweet side, with a slight hint of heat. It’s the sauce we all have in the fridge at home, so we can lazily and indiscriminately pour it on absolutely everything 🙂
