Barbecoa is a very well known BBQ team from Belgium and a multiple champion in their country. The team is always in contention for the title of best European BBQ team. The leader Tom Bertels also makes sauces and seasonings. Base for taste is a salt-based BBQ classic. But as the name suggests, it’s a base flavouring, so the salts are there to bring out the flavours. The guys themselves, for example, let the ribs sweat a bit with it first and only then add the other mixes on top.
