The Original PK300 Grill & Smoker – Graphite

PK has been known for its indestructible grills and smokers for over 60 years. The cast aluminum construction is rustproof and incredibly durable. It’s no surprise that PK Grills are beloved by both professional and backyard pitmasters alike.
In fact, PK is famous for grills that last generations.
Production and sales of this legendary PK grill began in the 1950s. In the 1970s, manufacturing ceased due to a fire, and these rock-solid grills disappeared from store shelves. It wasn’t until the 1990s that the brand was revived by current PK Grills owner Paul James.
Paul stumbled upon an old PK grill at a flea market. It had been used since the 1950s and was still in perfect condition. Fascinated, he discovered that many original PK grills from the ’50s were still in use. He decided to buy the brand and used the old flea market grill as a mold for casting new aluminum PK grills.
Thanks to its nearly indestructible cast aluminum body and perfect cooking performance, this iconic grill has remained virtually unchanged. The rectangular shape provides plenty of space—ideal for large St. Louis-style ribs. By opening the upper and lower vents diagonally across from each other and filling one side with fuel, the grill becomes perfect for BBQ-style cooking. Low and slow is no problem at all!
