Roosters is a new arrival in our area. All their rubs are very tasty, BUT this is an “all-in-one” rub, meaning put it on your meat and don’t fuss with it anymore. This means that all the ingredient ratios, including the spiciness, are to their taste, so be careful with that 🙂

Pro tip

If it seems too spicy, use a thinner layer and add a sweet blend on top.
