Napoleon porcelain coated Plancha marble tile

The Napoleon porcelain enamelled cast iron plancha combines the smoky flavour of a barbecue with the intense heat of a cast iron pan. The plancha replaces the grates of the Rogue®, Prestige® and Prestige PRO™ series grills and creates a uniform cooking surface that easily reaches temperatures above 200°C. This allows meat, fish and vegetables to be browned at high heat while maintaining the juiciness of the food.

Plancha tiles are easy to clean. The gently sloping shape directs excess grease away from the food towards the drainage holes, while the rim blocks splashes and helps keep liquids on the plate.
