This stainless steel warming rack fits most charcoal grills and is perfect for keeping food warm or slow cooking over indirect heat. The griddle can be used to conveniently heat cooked potatoes, grilled sandwiches or vegetables. It is also suitable for low heat grilling when a smoky BBQ flavour is the goal.
