Napoleon’s double-sided porcelain enamelled cast iron grill plate quickly transforms a charcoal ceramic grill into a breakfast or street food spot. On the flat side of the plate you can cook bacon, eggs, potatoes, onions and vegetables, while the other side allows you to brown meat and fish on a high heat. The plate sits directly on top of the grill rack of a 22-inch (55.9 cm) grill.

The cast iron retains and distributes heat evenly, the porcelain-enamelled surface is smooth and well suited for high heat frying. The large cooking surface leaves plenty of room for side dishes (mushrooms, onions, peppers) and main dishes.

Use of

Preheat the plate with the barbecue before you put the food on it. After use, allow the plate to cool and then clean by hand using warm water and a soft brush if necessary. It is not recommended to wash the grill plate in the dishwasher.
