The Dreamfire Kamado Smokey II extra thick ceramic body effectively stores moisture and smoke, making the food especially tender and flavorful. The body stays cooler on the outside than a conventional grill and is therefore safer. Thanks to the thick ceramic, the Dreamfire Kamado Smokey II is ideal for use even in deep winter with harsh frost. The Dreamfire Kamado Smokey II maintains a stable temperature for many hours without needing much adjustment – smoke ham or cook pulled pork for up to 20 hours at a time without worry. Stainless steel charcoal basket

 

The Dreamfire Kamado Smokey II set includes an easy-to-use charcoal basket, which conveniently allows you to get rid of excess ash between the charcoal and ensure perfect airflow to the charcoal. Before using the Smokey II, lift the charcoal basket out of the grill, shake out the ash and small charcoal dust, and place the basket back into the grill. With the charcoal basket, you will never have the problem of the charcoal grate being under a layer of ash that would prevent the charcoal from burning efficiently.

Multi-part ceramic firebox

 

The Dreamfire Kamado Smokey II has a unique multi-part firebox that is pre-assembled at the factory and conveniently placed inside a metal frame. The multi-part firebox withstands large temperature changes, so you no longer have to worry about the internal ceramics breaking as with a classic kamado.
