Barbecoa Burger Sauce
Barbecoa is a very well known BBQ team from Belgium and a multiple champion in their country. The team is always in contention for the title of best European BBQ team. The leader Tom Bertels also makes sauces and seasonings. Their burger sauces are a far cry from the atrocious ones sold in the shops. We had a visit from Marko, a Masterchef participant and serious burger guru who made the burgers in our videos, who rated the sauce: ‘It’s pretty close to what I make.’.
