Napoleon three-in-one rib-roasting tray

Napoleon’s all-purpose tray for ribs, for roasting a larger piece of meat, or for making “beer can” chicken. The stainless steel grate ensures even heat access to all roasting products and, more importantly, the meat to be grilled does not stick to the grill racks as it does not touch the grate. A foil tray can be placed underneath the grate to prevent grease from seeping into the grill. This makes the grill much easier to maintain. The grate can be washed in the dishwasher.
