The Napoleon BIG32 is a built-in gas barbecue with four main heating elements made of high quality stainless steel. The model also features an infrared back burner and a large, stainless steel WAVE™ cooking surface for a large cooking surface and even heat.

The JETFIRE™ ignition system fires the burners instantly. Two-stage stainless heat dissipators distribute the heat evenly and protect the burner from grease dripping from food. Grease that gets on the hot spreaders evaporates, giving food more flavour and keeping it juicy.

The grill dome is double insulated, reducing heat loss and allowing cooking in winter conditions. The ACCU-PROBE™ thermometer accurately displays the temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit.

How to use
Ergonomic controls are equipped with SAFETY GLOW™ backlighting – red when lit and blue when the burner is off. The top heating rack is suitable for slower cooking or keeping food warm. Infrared burner is suitable for cooking with a rod – rotisserie motor and rod included.

There is a pull-out grease tray under the grill and a separate storage compartment at the front for the rotisserie set. A gas hose and low pressure regulator are also included.

A cast iron charcoal box is available as an optional extra to convert the barbecue into a charcoal grill. The charcoal grill also has a smoke chamber to add a smoky flavour to your food.
