With the Premium Chicken Infusion Roaster, roasting a whole chicken is easy and thoughtful. The three-in-one solution consists of a flat-bottomed wok, roasting tray and infusion cone. The set is made of high quality stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean, and is also dishwasher safe.

The wok can be filled with broth, beer, wine or other tasty liquids. The baking tray is placed on top of the bowl and the infusion cone in the middle of the tray. The openings in the cone direct the steam into the chicken to keep the meat juicy and evenly flavoured. The tapered shape prevents vacuum, making it easy to remove the chicken from the cone after cooking.

On the baking tray, you can roast vegetables or potatoes at the same time, so the whole dish is ready at once. The wok can also be used separately for grilling vegetables and other foods or for quick wok meals.
